One of your web pages (maybe a quote eligibility) suggested that there are some things you can’t do the normal way if ITAR is involved, even though your factory is in the US.
Is that “just” scheduling (which employees are eligible to be in the room) and paperwork, or are there parts of the process that really have to be done in a different way?
ITAR indeed restricts who has access to both the data and manufacturing areas to US citizens and those with legal residence. It also requires that data is sent between secure servers and not just emailed.
For ITAR PCBs, we provide an ITAR Compliance Certification, Certificate of Conformance (CoC), and full material traceability to ensure regulatory compliance. We also include fab drawings, electrical test reports, microsection analysis, and any required quality assurance documentation. Ask your account manager about it when you send your files. If needed, we can provide First Article Inspection (FAI) reports.
