What is your suggestion for the best value and quality control balance regarding certification and testing requirements for PCBAs?

The best value depends on your board design, assembly requirement, assembly qty, etc.

As a standard, we provide SMT/PTH first article inspection, AOI inspection, and FQA inspection. We certify to IPC-610 class 2 or 3, J-STD-001, RoHS or non-RoHS for assembly.

For testing, we perform assembled board power to ground check in the absence of customer test requirement.
