How much does the cost to fab a PCB go up if “blind vias”(one side visible, the other not) are added to the normal through hole via type ?

So I asked our sales people and they unfortunately cannot answer this. They say our systems are set up with pre-determined formulas to set the price, and look at the whole build files. This is too difficult to answer without seeing the files.
Is your design ready?
Can’t give an actual cost but just adding blind vias on the outer layers is pretty simple and shouldn’t add too much. An example would be connecting layers 1&2 and 7&8 on an 8 layer single lamination job. If you need to fill plated that’s a different matter.
