What clearance should I use on the board edge to Couper fill ?

If it’s a standard design 20 mils is a pretty safe number.

If there is some impedance controlled tracks, keep in mind the distance between the tracks and the polygon pour has an impact on the impedance. Most of the times if the distance is more than 3 times the width track there is no impact, but much better if you do a simulation.
