Routing recommendation

I’m currently working on a PCB design that incorporates a 220V AC voltage entering through the power inlet connector. This signal then travels to an SMPS, converting it into a 12V DC signal, further transforming into other required low voltages. However, I’m facing challenges with the routing of AC voltage and ensuring proper cutout and isolation from the low-voltage components. I would greatly appreciate any advice on best practices for handling AC voltage routing and isolation in this scenario. Thank you in advance for your assistance!

The best way to do this is find out much clearance you MUST have, see if it fits, then add any additional clearance from any room you have left.
