Check your annular rings before sending your files. Sierra will tell you if there is a risk of tangency or breakout but some fabricators don’t.

Here is a fun one that combines issue 1 with issue 6. Ever hear that you should not route sideways through pins on a TSSOP? The reason is that the trace can get hot, break the mask, and then solder flows between the pins. It is not a short, but it sure does get flagged as one. Always route out the toe of the pin and then back into the other toe. Never go from side to side.
