Could you provide some clarification for laser drilled holes: max diameter? max aspect ratio? max depth?

For max diameter - There really isn’t a max diameter but anything much over 6mil gets time consuming and expensive.

For max aspect ratio - This gets into a shop’s ability to metalize and plate the vias but .8:1 is pretty standard.

For max depth - As long as the aspect ratio is maintained there isn’t a max depth but it’s best to keep the amount of dielectric that needs to be removed below 5mils.
